Parmi is an ancient Pali* word meaning ‘perfection / completeness / excellence’ and ‘that which goes beyond’. What we do is go beyond what people expect and our aim is to help people find their true selves, the best them, as it were.
Whether our clients engage in our online narcissistic abuse recovery programme or seek individual psychotherapy for a myriad of mental health conditions (link to our services here), we work with clients in an authentic and involving way which helps them move themselves towards a fulfilled, rewarding and happy life. That may sound like a big claim – it is but it works.
Clients who come to us seeking diagnoses for neurodiversity, be it dyslexia, autism or adhd or an assessment for a neurological condition can be assured of a comprehensive complete package. Our in-house psychiatrists work closely with our psychologists to offer the best in care.

* Pali is the sacred language of Theravāda Buddhism.
The oldest and, for the Theravada tradition, most authoritative texts documenting Buddhist thought and belief were written in a dialect of Prakrit that became known as Pali.
