She’s animated, thoughtful, funny and a great listener. She says “I love people and seeing their potential blossom”. She has a lightness of touch and an energy that makes searching for solutions even seem fun. She takes the “-ology” out and puts the human being in. She speaks English not textbook.
Her mission in life is to be useful, to bring joy to the room and to help people solve problems.
And she has a lot of experience. She has an MSc in Health Psychology, a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology, is a Chartered Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society and is also a full member of the Health and Care Professional Council (HCPC) and a member of the Narcissistic Abuse Recovery Network of therapists.
Over the last 8 years she has specialised in recovery from narcissistic abuse using sound psychological techniques. Helping people overcome the trauma of being in these coercively controlling relationships be they partners, work colleagues, family members or friends is her passion and she finds much joy and satisfaction seeing people free themselves from these unhealthy relationship patterns
She loves swimming, walking, meditating and the quiet simplicity of nature. She has a son and daughter who are young adults.
“I love people and seeing their potential blossom.”
“I have the right tools to help people write their own stories.”
