DR GEENA SAINI (DClinPsy)
CLINICAL EXECUTIVE
Dr Geena Saini has a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology and is registered with the Health & Care Professions Council and holds membership with the Associates of Clinical Psychologists UK.
Over the last seven years, she has trained and worked in a variety of different settings including with children and young people, children and young people with neurodiversity, adults, families, mothers during the perinatal period, people with intellectual disabilities and older adults with dementia. She has helped clients with emotional and trauma-related conditions. Her current clinical role is within an NHS Specialist Children and Adolescent Service.
Geena is experienced in a range of different psychological approaches. The key approaches that inform her practice are, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), compassion- focused therapy (CFT), narrative therapy and systemic therapy. She is successfully able to work with clients from diverse backgrounds and specialises in working with people from the global majority communities. Her ability to contextualise people from all backgrounds within a therapeutic space and be aware of the multiple identities that may be influencing the therapeutic relationship is known to be of particular value to her clients. She is passionate about working with and holding in mind individuals and/or family members diverse identities, to help them understand the difficulties they may find themselves facing in everyday life. Geena is also curious as to how we can empower ourselves and be trauma informed in order to deal with the challenges we face in our lives.
Geena offers a more personalised approach to therapy, thinking together with the client about which approach(es) may suit them more. She is happy to adapt therapy and be creative together.
Geena will always provide a compassionate, judgement-free and reflective space where whatever is important to you can be explored.
DR MIRIAM DOOKHUN (Chartered Counselling Psychologist)
CLINICAL EXECUTIVE
Dr. Miriam Dookhun is a HCPC registered Practitioner Psychologist and BPS Chartered Counselling Psychologist. She endeavours to practice integratively with an overarching Cognitive Behavioural Therapy framework and incorporating psychodynamic and person-centred ideas among others, where appropriate. She works in collaboration with her clients on their own personal journeys, to facilitate exploration of their unique subjective experience, alleviate their distress and empower and support them to achieve their goals, in a way that is tailored to them.
She has experience of working across different settings including the NHS, third sector organisations and the private sector. Her most recent role was Lead Psychologist of General Psychiatry in a world-renowned, private acute psychiatric hospital in Central London. Clinically, she worked with adult inpatients, day-care patients and outpatients, facilitating both group therapy and individual therapy, where she worked with a wide range of mental health difficulties. Her specialities include but are not limited to; different types of anxiety, depression, stress and interpersonal difficulties.
She has a keen interest in the ideas of attachment and loss, and her doctoral research focussed on exploring the grief experiences of identical twins that lost their co-twin in older adulthood.
DR JUSNA KHANOM (DClinPsy) CLINICAL EXECUTIVE
Dr Jusna Khanom has a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology and is a member of the Health and Care Professional Council (HCPC). Jusna also works for the NHS and has a range of experience, working across the life span and with people experiencing different types of difficulties. Jusna’s approach is based on an understanding that there are many challenges to life, some of which can feel unbearable at times. Through exploration, Jusna is able to help you to find a way to give your experiences a different and more meaningful understanding.

Through exploration, Jusna is able to help you to find a way to give your experiences a different and more meaningful understanding. This will enable you to start your journey in living the life that you choose to live. There are many approaches that guide Jusna’s therapeutic work, including; Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Narrative Therapy and Systemic Therapy however Jusna’s work is also guided by a range of other approaches such as Social Constructionist ideas. The importance of which can help explore the less dominant or less widely accessible narratives in life, which can often have a big impact on our experiences, lives and relationships.
