Fareeha aims to meet you where you are at, support you to reconnect with your strengths and tailor an intervention to meet your individual needs, to promote psychological well-being.
Fareeha takes an integrative approach to understanding and working with a person’s difficulties. She usually draws on the following theoretical frameworks in her therapeutic practice: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Compassion Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Trauma-focused Therapy, Systemic Therapy, and Narrative Therapy, among others.
