When did you truly rest?
Rest is renewing of depleted physical, emotional, mental and psychological reserves. It is a space away from doing, from people-pleasing, from obligations, from competing, from performing, from controlling. It allows us to slow down and recharge so we can speed up again.
It was a pleasure to be invited as a panelist on the BBC Asia network to speak about a topic that is close to my heart.
